Thailand: Max Biaggi only half happy

Sterilgarda team boss Max Biaggi commented on his riders’ free practice at Buriram ahead of the Moto3 Thailand GP: “I expected a good start from our riders and unfortunately this only half occurred. Ayumu Sasaki’s first time, with the difficult track conditions, is a good starting point, for this weekend here in Thailand.”

“John McPhee on his last lap during free practice 2 was doing very well, but he went over the limits of the track. Hopefully FP3 will be dry so that John can improve as well. In Moto3 recoveries are possible, as seen in previous races, but starting at the back, especially with a wet track, exposes us to big risks.”
