Ducati team manager Tarozzi: “We believe in their intelligence. If there will be team orders? Something may happen only in the last race in Valencia.”

Ducati team manager Davide Tardozzi to Dazn Spain explained the Borgo Panigale stable’s policy on team orders: “Pecco Bagnaia needs to do his race and repeat what he has already done on six occasions this year. He needs to stay ahead of everyone. He does not like to receive help, something may happen at the end of the championship in the last race in Valencia, but Pecco has already told us several times that he does not want help. He wants to win the championship with his own strength and speed.”

“We believe in the intelligence of the Ducati riders. The Ducati riders know what is okay to do, what is safe and what is not, and therefore we don’t have to say anything to them, because they already know what to do on their own,” Tardozzi concluded.
