Aston Martin driver is back to the old days

Sebastian Vettel scored an excellent eighth place in the Singapore Grand Prix, where he also engaged in duels with old rivals, Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen.

The German contributed to a great weekend for Aston Martin, where Lance Stroll also performed very well, finishing the race in sixth place, his best result of the season.

The four-time world champion, spoke to the media present in Singapore, in the words reported by ‘FormulaPassion’: “I think we can be satisfied with such a good result for the team and getting important points. It was not easy in very difficult track conditions. The asphalt took a long time to dry and the timing of switching to dry tires was crucial. Maybe we did one lap too many, but overall I am satisfied with the result. I had a very strong start to the race and the first lap was a lot of fun. In the last laps I had a great battle with Hamilton and Verstappen. I defended myself for many laps and it was a pity that Max got ahead of us at the last.”
