Stefan Bradl has no doubts about Marc Marquez

Stefan Bradl is the Honda test rider for HRC but also the replacement rider for Marc Marquez in recent seasons, particularly in the various phases when the Spaniard has had to stay in the pits, due to the numerous injuries that have affected him.

The German centaur spoke during the program “Sport and Talk from Hangar 7” on ServusTV, the Red Bull channel that holds the television rights to MotoGp in Austria.

Bradl, first, indulged in a prediction about the Spanish champion for the last three races of the season: “I think Marc will be on the podium this year.”

The former Moto2 champion in 2011 then dwelt on the merits of the Catalan centaur: “I know Marc relatively well, I raced all the races where he couldn’t. For me Marc is the best rider and that is a strength. He has a brilliant aggressiveness and courage.”

Finally, he concluded by emphasizing the eight-time world champion’s innate ambition: “All this, combined with the talent he has, makes him who he is. He simply cannot help himself. Marc has an instinct that he can always count on and that tells him, ‘I’m here to win the race.’ “
