Sports Court of Appeals partially upheld Varese’s complaint
Varese’s appeal was upheld for Markel Brown, who was initially punished by the sports judge with a two-day suspension after the game he won against Dinamo Sassari in the championship.
This is the statement: “The Sports Court of Appeals, in partial upholding of the urgent complaint of the Openjobsmetis Pall. Varese club, reduced the disqualification of the athlete De Marious Markel Brown to one day, replaced in monetary fine. [Art. 33,2 -1c with applies Art.21,4; Art 14, 4 R.G.].” The player had been punished after a clash with Filip Kruslin.
