Juventus doesn’t discount: all under scrutiny and no renewal
At the retreat there was a harsh confrontation
After the defeat to Israel, Juventus ended up in retreat. Allegri explained the current situation, making it clear that a Juventus-like reaction was needed in order not to completely ruin themselves. The club also made its voice heard.
In fact, everyone under scrutiny, no one excluded. Renewals frozen and decisions on the future of each element postponed until the end of the season. Without results up to the mark, revolution cannot be ruled out. From Rabiot to Cuadrado, everything is frozen. But also under discussion are those who already have a contract. The club demands an immediate turnaround, starting with the challenge with Torino.
In the last two years the Scudetto has been won by Milanese teams, first Inter and then AC Milan. Previously, for nine seasons in a row, it had gone to Juventus, which was able to win it with first Antonio Conte on the bench (three wins for the Salento native), then Massimiliano Allegri (five) and then Maurizio Sarri, who, however, was later replaced by Andrea Pirlo. At the beginning of the millennium, the last two Scudetti went to teams with non-vertical striped jerseys: Lazio won it in 2000, Roma in 2001.
