MotoGp: Yamaha sends another message to Valentino Rossi
Lin Jarvis to Valentino Rossi’s team: “We want to have four bikes on the grid, and from next year we will have more speed…”
Yamaha boss Lin Jarvis on the sidelines of the Australian Grand Prix sent a message to the VR46 team with a view to a possible landing in the Japanese team even before the end of the contract with Ducati, which expires in 2024.
“We want to have four bikes on the grid and we are studying on this goal. We don’t know if we will succeed by 2024 because contracts have to be fulfilled. One thing seems certain: next year we will have more speed,” is the message Jarvis sends to Valentino Rossi’s team.
Jarvis also shed some light on Franco Morbidelli’s crisis: “We are talking to Franco and doing what we can to give him more confidence on the bike and make him go faster. Even here in Australia he is not too calm, he does not have confidence to go fast. We have to find together with him the way to be more competitive, also because we will have only two bikes next year,” are the words reported by Corsedimoto.
