F1, Max Verstappen: Mika Hakkinen expects the twist

Reached by Unibet, Mika Hakkinen addressed Max Verstappen: “It’s great that Max is committed and signs long contracts. It shows that he trusts his team. To be honest, however, there is always the risk that he will leave, maybe when key people change or if the car doesn’t meet his expectations. There, at those times he might think it might be the right time to change teams.”

The 1998 and 1999 world champion expects the twist: “I don’t think Max will stay with Red Bull for the rest of his career. This is just my opinion, but historically drivers change despite winning championships and they do it for different reasons, whether it’s money or just wanting to go somewhere else.”
