Rafael Nadal ready to make his return to the court
Rafael Nadal’s condition
Good news for Rafael Nadal, who is ready to return to the court for a strong finish to the season.
The Mallorcan, who has been effectively out of action since the Us Open (with the exception of an exhibition at the Laver Cup paired with Roger Federer), will regularly take part in the Paris-Bercy Masters 100 at the ATP Finals.
Of Nadal, who just became a father, his doctor Angel Ruiz-Cotorro spoke to El Comercio: “Rafa is doing well. He is training in Mallorca to follow his normal schedule until the end of 2022.”
The term ATP (Association of Tennis Professionals) refers to the association that groups all male professional tennis players from all corners of the world.
The ATP’s primary task is to protect the interests of the players and also to organize essential services, such as, for example, the drafting of the world ranking, called the ATP ranking, and the scheduling of tournaments.
