F1, Lewis Hamilton in trouble: he has only three chances left
This season as many as seven podiums but no wins
Accomplice to the cannibal Verstappen, Hamilton is still winless this season. To date, the Mercedes driver has collected seven podiums (two second places) but has not won any Grand Prix.
That’s quite a trouble for the seven-time World Champion, who has always won at least one GP in each of his seasons since he landed in the world of Formula 1. With only three races left in the current championship, Hamilton is called upon to perform a miracle to save his immaculate streak.
The only season in which he was in danger of going winless was 2013, with his only victory coming at the Hungarian Grand Prix. Hamilton’s problem is called Verstappen. The Dutchman does not seem intent on giving anything away, as he demonstrated at the recent Grand Prix of the Americas.
