Rafa Nadal, big ambitions for the coming months: the point
Plans before the season ends are still ambitious.
Rafa Nadal is preparing to make a comeback after a 2022 that started great and then was affected by various physical problems. This was confirmed by his coach, Carlos Moya, and Uncle Toni, who took stock of the Majorcan star’s schedule.
Moya confirmed Nadal’s presence at two major end-of-season events: “Rafa will be present in Paris-Bercy, a Masters 1000 and therefore a very important event. He will be there and, as always, he will give his best. And it will be a major test in preparation for the ATP Finals in Turin. Also because the conditions of the two tournaments will be similar.”
Toni Nadal, who spoke to ‘AS,’ instead analyzed his nephew Rafa’s 2022: “It has not been an easy year for him. Despite this, however, he managed to win the Australian Open and Roland Garros. Without the injuries, it could have been even better.” Then, on possible retirement: “I have no idea when it will happen.”
