Claudio Lotito bars the way for Milan and Juventus
Reached by Il Messaggero, Claudio Lotito took stock of Lazio’s season: “Even without the injured Ciro, whom we will re-embrace stronger and more charged, we are a certainty in this championship and have all the cards to stay on top. This team, built around Sarri’s brand, never ceases to amaze and fans with spectacular and concrete play.”
Market rumors have multiplied in recent weeks: it seems that AC Milan has Luis Alberto in its sights and Juventus is ready to sink the Milinkovic-Savic coup. Lotito, however, does not want to hear about it: “We are not going to deprive ourselves of our most coveted players because this club now has big goals and is an end point. Lazio is a big family also together with its public that we hope soon to bring to a stadium of our own.”
In closing, a line on the Salernitana chapter: “It is a closed story, although I would have expected much more gratitude for all that I have done.”
