Juventus, Max Allegri knows: no bluff, need poker
It kicks off Wednesday with a challenge to PSG
After the (painful) victory at the Via del Mare with Lecce, Juventus still has four matches to play before the World Cup break. Four decisive appointments for the Bianconeri’s season and Allegri’s future. It starts on Wednesday with a challenge, at home, with PSG. At stake is the Europa League pass. Then follow three tricky league challenges with Inter (6/11), at Verona (10/11) and, at Allianz Stadium, with former Sarri’s Lazio (13/11).
To hope to be protagonists in the second half of the season, the Old Lady needs a string of four wins. In this way, Juventus would officially relaunch itself. Allegri knows this well, and he will now have to make an important choice: to bet or not to bet on the many youngsters who are pushing to be protagonists. From Fagioli to Miretti, via Soulé and Iling-Junior. Will it be up to them to try to help the Old Lady serve up poker?
