Valentino Rossi on his commitment to the GT championship: “I’m delighted. Hypercar? I’d love to.”

Valentino Rossi in an interview with Sky talked about his plans for 2023, starting with the GTWCE championship, which will still see him as a protagonist with the WRT team, but at the wheel of a BMW: “I will become an official driver and I’m delighted. I already tried the car on the Monday after the last race in Barcelona: it is beautiful, very modern, bigger than the Audi, and it seems easier to drive.”

The Doctor reveals another dream: “To test the hypercar at Le Mans? I would love to, we hope to organize a test. But it won’t be easy, we will have to how fast I will be to become a hypercar driver.”

Rider number 46 is not at all regretful about his farewell to MotoGp: “There are times when of course I miss it, but even racing in the car helps me. It’s the same feelings, it’s nice. I also needed a little more time off and to do 10-12 races a year instead of 23.”
