Empoli coach: “The extent of contact is really nothing.”

Empoli coach Paolo Zanetti commented to Dazn on the defeat against Napoli, starting with the penalty awarded to the Azzurri: “I prefer not to talk about the episode, although from the field honestly it was a penalty. The extent of the contact is really nothing, but the referee saw it that way and it cannot be changed.”

On his team’s performance: “I just have to congratulate my people because today they gave everything, even in the inferiority we were there on the piece and this is a great growth. With Juve we risked the embarkation, today we did great against an extraordinary team.”

On the balance of the first few days: “14 points is not a few. We have fought on so many fields, this year we have only lost to the big teams, winning in Bologna, scoring points with so many teams.
