MotoGp, Franco Morbidelli doesn’t panic
Yamaha centaur after Valencia test: “We need to analyze what happened to the engine, the chassis is good”
Yamaha centaur Franco Morbidelli spoke after the Valencia tests, which boxmate Fabio Quartararo called very negative: “It’s strange, we were expecting more power increase from the new engine. I don’t know what happened, I’m sure the engineers will investigate to understand the reasons for what happened,” are the words reported by Gpone.
Unlike the French rider, however, Morbidelli also finds some positive aspects of the tests, starting with the chassis: “This is not the time to panic. I think the sensations in truth have improved, especially with the new chassis. It is more similar to Quartararo’s and I liked it: there was progress on speed and pace.”
