Garnet coach will find a starter again

Good news in Torino: in fact, after the break for the World Cup in Qatar, Granata coach Ivan Juric will find a starter again in defense.

In January, the Turin team will be able to count on Nigerian fullback Ola Aina, one of the best in the first part of the championship, in which Torino won 21 points that led them to occupy the ninth position in the standings.

The defender has been out since the win against Udinese on Oct. 23 due to a hamstring injury, a match in which he also scored the 0-1 goal.

The last Scudetto won by Torino was in the 1975-76 season. Imposing themselves ahead of Juventus was the team coached by Gigi Radice and that in attack fielded the formidable pair formed by Paolino Pulici and Ciccio Graziani. In goal Luciano Castellini, the ‘Jaguar’, in midfield, among others, Eraldo Pecci. Since 2005 the owner and president of the Granata club has been the Alexandrian publisher Urbano Cairo.
