Great tension in Belgium’s training camp after defeat against Morocco
Thibaut Courtois in a press conference from Belgium’s training camp told about the tense atmosphere in the Red Devils’ locker room after the defeat against Morocco.
“Nobody is happy right now, but we have to think about winning on Thursday to pass the round. In the locker room we were angry, we are disappointed that we lost.” According to Belgian media there was a spat between the team’s stars; Courtois denies it, but does not hide the tension: “A nonexistent story was told. I broke a bench with my fist: we were certainly disappointed, but no one yelled at each other.”
Courtois strongly denied the presence of moles in the locker room, however, giving a warning: “There are no moles, it would be crazy to think that, if anyone ever does, it will be his last day in the team.” In two days the decisive match against Croatia.
