Blood emergency in Sardinia: Cagliari’s efforts continue
The blood emergency in Sardinia persists, and Cagliari continues its efforts to plug the problem. Even for the match against Parma, Giulini’s club has made 150 tickets available for donors.
“Cagliari Calcio and Avis Sardegna have launched an initiative to tackle the blood emergency on the island together. Fans who choose to donate their blood will be able to receive a free ticket to attend Cagliari’s home matches at the Unipol Domus. There will be 150 coupons available to Avis Sardegna in every match until the end of the season,” reads the official website of the Rossoblù club.
Cagliari, currently 11th in Serie B, will face Parma on Saturday at 6 p.m. The islanders are coming off four consecutive draws, the last one nabbed in extremis against Frosinone. Liverani’s gang last won on Oct. 15 against Brescia.
