F1, Binotto case: Horner sneers at Ferrari
“Surprised by Binotto’s farewell? Not really, he’s the sixth one they’ve changed at Ferrari….”
Red Bull team principal Christian Horner in an interview with Sky Sports was unabashed about Mattia Binotto’s farewell to Ferrari after four years, “Am I surprised? Not really. It’s obviously Ferrari’s choice, I think the next one will be the sixth team principal from Maranello that I will face since I’ve been at Red Bull….”
As for Binotto, Horner showed him support for his work: “They had a great car this year, they were definitely very competitive and it’s obviously very difficult for him now. Me one day in Ferrari? My commitment to the Red Bull team is very strong. I’ve been there from the beginning and I have a close bond with them, I’m very focused.”
