According to reports in ‘La Gazzetta dello Sport,’ in fact, the Argentine – who seemed very close to Red Star – has reportedly decided to put any offer he received on hold in order to evaluate potential news on the NBA front: the key date, beyond which he will have to make a decision, is January 10, when the deadline expires for franchises in the North American League to offer contracts with guaranteed salary until the end of the season.

Olimpia has the opportunity, then, to identify new aspects to leverage in order to convince Campazzo, a player who would provide coach Ettore Messina with the depth at the guard level that the Red Shoes are lacking at this delicate time of the season.
