Milan, breakthrough on the Hakim Ziyech front: the management’s move
Milan redefines terms of Ziyech deal
AC Milan confirms its interest in Hakim Ziyech but the management, having discussed with coach Stefano Pioli, is ready to redefine ways and timing related to the operation that as an objective has to bring on the Rossoneri side of the Naviglio the footballer currently at Chelsea, protagonist at Qatar 2022 with the Moroccan national team jersey.
According to reports from ‘La Gazzetta dello Sport,’ Pioli and the Rossoneri executives would agree on the need to deal with more “confidential” negotiations in January, leaving the more demanding ones to the end of the season, so as not to affect the harmony of a group that, as it is, is the reigning Italian champions and currently second in the standings behind only Napoli.
This does not mean that Ziyech disappears from the Rossoneri’s radar: the assault could be tried again in the summer, provided Chelsea does not receive an irrenounceable offer as early as January. Complex prospect, however, as the value of the player (and the demands of his entourage) go up day by day given his performances at the World Cup.
