Dinamo Sassari: bitter win, but Piero Bucchi sees big signs

The bitterness of elimination does not erase the satisfaction of a team that is back to doing very well.

Dinamo Sassari out of the Champions League, but with its head held high: in fact, the Sardinian team won with a score of 92-82 in Malaga on the court of Unicaja. At the end of the game, however, coach Piero Bucchi preferred to focus on the excellent signs that the team is giving in this phase of clear recovery.

“We played a great game against a strong team like Malaga,” Bucchi remarked at the end of the game, “so I want to congratulate my guys. After the national team break we changed our face, and especially in the second half we played exceptionally well.”

“The way we fought on the field makes me happy. We were good at recovering the ball, and above all we became a team. These are all elements that really make this game and this evening exceptional,” Bucchi concluded.
