Spal, market challenge on the horizon with Empoli
Estense club prepares to challenge Empoli on the market
The winter soccer market window is approaching and Spal is also working to find reinforcements to give to coach Daniele De Rossi ahead of the second half of the championship, where the Estense team will be called upon to make a comeback to try to succeed in the playoffs, which are currently six points away.
The first department in which they will try to intervene is the midfield and for the Spallina club a new market duel is looming on the horizon: in fact, the biancazzurri are very interested in the very young player, class 2005, Mamadou Pathe Balde, who is currently playing in Serie D with the jersey of the Piedmontese club Casale.
Spal, however, will have to watch out for contenders for the midfielder: on the Gambian player there are also Empoli, who value the shot in perspective, and Cesena. The Romagnoli, who are playing in the Serie C championship, currently seem to be slight favorites over the Ferrara and Tuscan clubs.
