Reggina looks to Spal for a striker
Reggina wants to give a new striker to Filippo Inzaghi
The winter soccer market window opened on January 2. Reggina is probing the market to try to gift a new striker to coach Filippo Inzaghi and the latest track leads to Spal center forward Andrea La Mantia. The name of Parma player Roberto Inglese had also been mentioned in recent days.
The Calabrian club, which currently occupies the second position in the cadet league standings, wants to reinforce the offensive department at the disposal of the former coach of Brescia, Benevento and Bologna among others.
The Estense club’s center forward is back from a good first part of the season where he scored four goals and served one assist in the 18 games in which he was deployed. All of La Mantia’s goals, including the one on the very first day against Reggina, came in the first part of the cadet tournament when Roberto Venturato was still on the Spal bench, later replaced by Daniele De Rossi.
