F1, Lewis Hamilton comes out of the closet: his hopes for 2023

The Briton did not win a single GP in the last season

Hamilton is looking forward to getting back on track. Coming off the worst season of his career (not a single GP won), the seven-time World Champion hopes to be back in the title fight in 2023.

“Clearly I like to think that we will be Red Bull’s first rivals and that we will be able to beat them. But I really hope Ferrari will be competitive. The Red Bull has had a difficult season, but it has shown some important signs. It was good to see Ferrari back on top. I hope we will have a three-way battle for the title. Then who knows, maybe we will be even more, because couldn’t McLaren fit in? Or Alpine who is going strong? Let’s see,” his clear words to the official Formula 1 website.

Hamilton has no intention of spending another season on the sidelines. His statements are also an invitation to Mercedes not to be unprepared for the start of the next F1 World Championship.
