NBA, 22 minutes on court for Simone Fontecchio: big Jazz comeback
The Italian rookie finished the match with the second-best plus/minus of all the Jazz (+10)
After a start of the season in which he was employed hiccupingly by coach Will Hardy, Simone Fontecchio has been finding more and more space in the Utah franchise’s rotation in recent times. In the important outside win against the Toronto Raptors, marked by a comeback from -12 in the last 5′ of the game, the former Virtus and Olimpia player was on the floor for 22′, finishing with 7 points but especially with the second best plus/minus of the team (+10 for the Jazz with him on the court).
In the night’s other contests, there was a 10th consecutive win for Milwaukee, which beat the Clippers at home, Dallas’ affirmation against Sacramento, and victories for Boston, Philadelphia, Cleveland, and Miami, with the Florida franchise beating Houston in a photo finish with a dunk by Jimmy Butler with three tenths to go.
