Pietrangeli pulls Berrettini’s ears. And he’s with Sinner
Pietrangeli stings Berrettini. And he’s with Sinner
During an interview with ‘La Repubblica’ Nicola Pietrangeli chided Matteo Berrettini: “It seems to me that he is devoting himself more to advertising than to tennis. He’s a good guy, but he’s kind of like Adriano Panatta was: great from the waist up, but the legs…”
The former Italian tennis legend, on the other hand, had nice words for Jannik Sinner: “Will Jannik Sinner win a Slam? If I knew I would go and bet on it. Sinner is the best Italian tennis player at the moment; he ‘sings’ in one way, I used to sing in another. Compared to me he has an advantage: he is ‘German’.”
