Italrugby, new call-up ahead of Ireland

The technical staff of the Italian Men’s National Rugby Team led by Kieran Crowley has called up Paolo Buonfiglio for the Verona training camp in preparation for the third match of the Guinness Six Nations 2023 scheduled for Saturday, February 25 at 3:15 p.m. against Ireland, a match that will be broadcast live on Sky Sport Uno and free-to-air on TV8.
The prop – born in 1995 in force with Zebre and captain of the Italy U20 in 2015 – joined the Azzurri group in the city of Verona, starting work with his teammates from this morning. The day’s schedule includes gym and field training in the first part of the day, while meetings are scheduled in the afternoon.
Tomorrow training on the field at the Paynini Center in Verona, while early Wednesday afternoon is scheduled for departure for Rome.
Thursday, Feb. 23, at 10 a.m. is scheduled the announcement of the lineup – via press release – that will face Ireland, while at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24, Italy’s Team Run is scheduled at the Olympic Stadium in Rome.
