Di Maria: “I am happy here, it is crucial that I continue playing in Europe for the national team.”

Angel Di Maria in an interview with ESPN seemed to open to a renewal with Juventus next season as well: “I have no preferences for my future. I am happy here. The club has several problems in recent times and there is not much talk about renewal. I haven’t talked to Juve or any other club. I try to think only about playing and proving my worth in every game, then we will see what happens.”

The impression is that Fideo will postpone his return to his homeland for at least another year, in an Albiceleste key: “I think I will be there in the next Copa America, I will do everything I can, but I would like to be there. It is essential that I continue playing in Europe to be there, otherwise Scaloni will not consider me: you have to be 100 percent.”

The substitution with Nantes: “I had some cramps but then they went away, Allegri asked me how I was and I told him to wait, but then he replaced me. Today I spoke with the coach and he told me he wanted to avoid me getting hurt, there is the return match which is important. I can understand that.”
