During an interview with TMW, Stefano Capozucca had his say on the Leao renewal issue: “When you get close to expiration, renewing becomes complicated. It looks like it could go to the biggest prosecutor in Europe who is Mendes and there it would be all more difficult. I hope he will renew, he has raised the level of Milan. But when players come to the deadline it becomes difficult to retain them.”

Capozucca then revealed a backstory: “Filippo Inzaghi could coach Cagliari: I consider him very good and a man of great depth. For Reggina I would not speak of a crisis, they are lucky enough to have a great coach and an ownership that is sheltering the club from economic problems.”

Closing remark dedicated to Parma: “I always hear about playoffs and promotion and never about relegation.
