On the sidelines of the laps completed in Misano on the Panigale V4 loaned to him by colleague and friend Michele Pirro, Iannone in fact told ‘’, “This is a very simple training, I just do a few laps. I’m happy, this was a day of fun among friends. A future return to Ducati? Let’s see.”

“He doesn’t need to know how to do it, he remembers it very well. In Vallelunga he had lapped very little, he wanted to do two laps and I called him by phone to tell him to come to Misano to keep us company,” Pirro added.
