Casemiro in pieces after expulsion
Bad period for Casemiro: after the expulsion he received against Crystal Palace, he returned to the field in the very heavy 7-0 defeat against Liverpool and received another red card on Sunday afternoon.
The former Real Madrid midfielder intervened irregularly on Carlos Alcaraz in minute 34 and the referee, after VAR consultation, decided to send the Brazilian off. Upon leaving the field, Casemiro was broken: Antony and other teammates tried to console him but the Brazilian looked very dejected and sad indeed.
