Neven Spahija makes no secret of his ambitions

The Eurocup victory in the Italian derby against Brescia has lifted spirits at Reyer Venezia, although in the league the orogranata are out of the playoff zone with ten days left in the regular season and on Sunday, March 12, they are expected to face a complicated home challenge against Virtus Bologna.

However, the orogranata coach, Neven Spahija, already wants to look beyond and, during an interview with ‘La Gazzetta dello Sport,’ he clarifies his ambitions in Laguna: “We need to stabilize and find our size,” he said. “Scudetto? Of course, my dream is to win with Venice as well. I never give up the idea of winning, even if it cannot always happen.”

“For this season, however, I am confident. We have ten games ahead to catch up. We cannot make any more mistakes,” added Spahija.
