Cristiano Ronaldo, “Formula 1 clause” denied
Cristiano Ronaldo will not be forced to attend the F1 GP scheduled in Jeddah next weekend
Cristiano Ronaldo will not be contractually forced to attend the Formula 1 Grand Prix scheduled for this Sunday in Jeddah. According to rumors circulated in the morning, the Portuguese Al Nassr striker would be forced by a clause in his contract to be in the stands at the Saudi Arabian Gp, the country for which he is now a testimonial.
However, the rumor was denied by the Daily Mirror, which cited some sources close to the Portuguese’s entourage. Indeed, Ronaldo should have already returned to his homeland over the weekend because from the following week he will be in training camp with the Portuguese national team for qualifying matches for the upcoming European Championship.
