Jannik Sinner spoke after defeatingAdrian Mannarino: “I can be proud of myself, I had a lot of patience and that was what was needed. Mannarino is a very difficult player to face, he is left-handed and plays in a way that most of his opponents do not like. I’m happy with the win but I have to raise the level.”
His next rival will be Wawrinka: “Stan and I know each other very well. It will definitely be a tough match. He is playing really very well, he feels great confidence again, he won some good matches. Then he plays very well here, he likes the conditions. Hopefully it will be a good match.”
