Olimpia Milano, Shabazz Napier not thinking about renewal

Shabazz Napier spoke about his adventure with Olimpia Milano but not only in the pages of Repubblica. “I am a very simple person, I don’t need much to enjoy life. I have a family and a son and I dedicate most of my time off the court to them. They haven’t come to Italy yet, they will join me like my mother. I owe her everything. She watches Olimpia games, she sees the smile on my face, and it’s enough for her to be happy. Milan is a great place to live, I have a lot to discover. So far I’ve been very busy getting settled in the new house.”

The former NBA player’s contract is expiring but for now he is not thinking about the future: “I am focused on the present, there is still a long way to go until the end of the season and we are all very excited about the great things it can still hold for us. But so far we haven’t done anything special yet.”
