Parma, Marco Ballotta tough: “This is not a team built to win.”
During an interview with the microphones of “Parmalive,” former Parma goalkeeper Marco Ballotta was categorical about the performance of the Ducali in this championship. “It is not a solid Parma. It is not that team without weaknesses, which dominates and suffers little. There are several things that are not going well. There is no defensive solidity and the attack does not guarantee one or two goals per game. The yellow-and-blue team would have a chance to do better given the technique of its players, however these have had a decidedly up-and-down performance. For me, a squad has not been built to win the championship,” the former Ducali goalkeeper began.
“The outcome of the challenge with Palermo will depend only on Parma. The boys have already shown that they can win against high ranking teams and lose with those fighting for salvation. Throughout the season there have been these ups and downs and after a win they have never been able to make the leap. I think they can beat Palermo, but everything will depend on the condition in which they arrive at the match,” Ballotta concluded about the match with the Rosanero.
