The words of Massimiliano Allegri

Massimiliano Allegri spoke after Juventus-Intert, starting with the final brawl: “I don’t know anything about what happened after the triple whistle, I went to the locker room earlier. I didn’t see the ejection of Cuadrado. No big deal, a bit of confusion after a balanced match. Inter were coming from a not easy moment, but it’s still Inter. We finished the match on the rise, having said that we are sorry because the match was over. We had to be quicker on the last ball, Kostic had to be more mischievous. There was this naivety. but the result is fair. Opportunities on both sides, we knew the return will count. Sorry because the draw was avoidable.”

“During the break we worked, we are fine physically. We are angry about this draw, but we have to accept it. In the first half we were slow in the circulation of the ball, in the second half we gave a little more pressure.”

Closing remark on Chiesa: “Federico is growing in condition, the pain behind the tendon has diminished and today he finished the match and I am happy. He has to grow, in 40 games before today he played 900 minutes out of 3600, it’s normal that the psychological aspect had stopped but it’s normal like that, it takes time. Since he came back I said it, he needed months, next year he will be calmer at all levels.”
