Juventus soccer market, Juan Cuadrado’s future decided
HCL outfielder ready to reduce his salary in order to stay
Compounding the injury to De Sciglio, Juventus is in need of a defensive outside back. Rather than going to invest so many millions on a new profile, it seems the club (while waiting to know its fate) is determined to renew, for one more year, Cuadrado’s contract.
Coming off a season in which he played so many games (44 appearances with two goals), the Colombian’s contract is expiring but, in order to stay with the Bianconeri, he seems determined to significantly reduce his salary, now about five million euros per season. Cuadrado would be ready to stay at the Old Lady regardless of the extent of the penalties or even in the event of relegation to the lower division. It should be mentioned that Cuadrado has been playing with the Bianconeri jersey since 2015 and is a class of 1988.
