F1, Helmut Marko is confident about the seven-time world champion: “Only Ferrari can turn the tables”

A few days before the Monaco weekend, Red Bull adviser Helmut Marko has spoken bluntly about Lewis Hamilton and the latest market rumors about his possible landing at Ferrari in 2024.

“There are two things that really irritate Hamilton. The first is that he is no longer World Champion and it will be difficult for him to become one again in the future. Besides the purely sporting aspect, Lewis is far from happy that he is no longer the highest paid driver in F1, because now it is Verstappen. In this case only a move to Ferrari by him could be a game changer,” admitted the Red Bull adviser as reported by “F1-Insider.”

It was Sebastian Vettel who was the first driver to win a world championship with Red Bull. The German put everyone in line for four years in a row, from 2010 to 2013. The Austrian stable returned to success in 2021 thanks to Dutchman Max Verstappen, with the son of art repeating the following year. If there was a battle to the last in 2021, that was not the case in 2022.
