Pisa: a new surprise name pops up for the bench
Pisa is considering several names for Luca D’Angelo’s replacement ahead of next season. In addition to Eusebio Di Francesco, Daniele De Rossi and Andrea Pirlo, the Tuscan club has also put Alberto Aquilani, a former Roma and Fiorentina midfielder and current coach of the Viola’s Primavera team, on the list.
Aquilani’s work in the youth sector has appealed to Pisa, which may make him an offer to make his professional debut. The decision will come within two weeks.
