Marco Bezzecchi smiles, but still not satisfied
Victory faded by a few hundredths does not dampen the mood.
Marco Bezzecchi finished second at the end of the Mugello Sprint Race, preceded at the photo finish by Pecco Bagnaia. Despite this, however, satisfaction with the result prevails over disappointment. Especially thinking back to the difficulties of Friday.
“It was a fantastic Sprint Race,” Bezzecchi explained hot on the heels of the race, “because I had the pace but in qualifying I wasn’t fast enough to be up there in front. Anyway, I had confidence for the race because the pace was already good. So I’m very happy with this result. But now we focus on tomorrow.”
