Moto3 Mugello: Holgado wins in sprint, Rossi and Nepa in top 10

Winning sprint for Daniel Holgado

Daniel Holgado is the winner of the Italian Grand Prix in the Moto3 class. At the Mugello circuit, the Spaniard of the Red Bull KTM Tech3 team ruled in a sprint a small group that included four other riders: on the podium Deniz Oncu (Red Bull KTM Ajo) and Ayumu Sasaki (Liqui Moly Husqvarna Intact GP), just behind David Alonso (GasGas Aspar) and Jaume Masiá (Leopard Racing).

Further back the Italians: Riccardo Rossi (Sic58 Squadra Corse) is the best thanks to an eighth place finish, just behind him is instead Stefano Nepa (Angeluss MTA), ninth. Holgado, with his second consecutive success (third in the season) is confirmed at the top of the overall standings with 109 points, 35 more than Masiá, who occupies the second position.
