Paolo Maldini with a message on Instagram remembered Silvio Berlusconi, the late former Milan president: “He leaves us a genius, visionary and dreamer, but above all a friend who changed the history of our Italy. Thank you for everything President, you made all of us Milanisti live a dream that lasted more than 30 years, no one will ever be like you.”
Another club legend Ruud Gullit also paid tribute to Berlusconi: “Rest in peace Mr. Berlusconi. Forever grateful for the opportunity you gave me to play for your iconic club.”
