Retegui: in pole is Fiorentina
After the latest call-ups to the Azzurri, Mateo Retegui’s future seems to be increasingly in Italy. The Tigre striker is highly valued by Fiorentina technical director Nicolas Burdisso, and soon the Viola could make an official offer, reports La Nazione.
Retegui, on loan from Boca Juniors, has a termination clause of 15 million euros, within the reach of the Tuscan club. However, the player is also being followed by Leipzig, which would guarantee him Champions League football but not the regularity he would more likely have in Florence instead.
Retegui was also followed by Inter Milan, which, however, decided to follow other paths in recent weeks.
