Torino, ready a low-cost shot from Serie A
Torino joins the race for Roberto Pereyra
One of Torino’s goals ahead of the upcoming soccer session will be a reinforcement in the three-quarter, as in all likelihood only one between Vlasic and Miranchuk will remain in the shadow of the Mole. The Granata management, for its part, is reportedly already following several profiles both in Italy and abroad to strengthen Ivan Juric’s squad.
According to reports from “Tuttosport,” one name that has reportedly gained momentum is that of Roberto Pereyra, who will leave Udinese on a zero-parameter basis. However, the Piedmontese club will have to reckon with the thick competition there is for the former Juventus player, Inter and Atalanta above all.
Growing up in the youth ranks of the Cadetes, Roberto Pereyra moved to River Plate in 2008. 3 years later he landed in Europe thanks to Udinese and in 2014 moved to Juventus. Watford decided to sign him in 2016 for €13.5 million, then in September 2020 the midfielder returned to Udinese in Italy.
