Fiorentina: Duvan Zapata pops up
New name for Fiorentina’s attack: according to reports from Dazn, the purple club has reportedly set its sights on Atalanta striker Duvan Zapata.
The future of Cabral and Jovic remains in doubt, and the Tuscans, to be on the safe side, have asked the Bergamasks about the Colombian forward’s situation. Zapata is set to expire in 2024 and could leave Bergamo in the summer.
The former Napoli player struggled last season with 25 league games (16 from the 1′) and two goals scored against Lecce and Torino. Zapata in the last two years has been severely held back by a series of injuries.
