Marco Bezzecchi, admission after podium at Assen: “I had a little problem.”
Marco Bezzecchi talks about his feelings after second place in Assen
Marco Bezzecchi, at the end of the Dutch GP that saw him finish in second place, spoke about his race to the microphones of ‘Sky Sport’.
“I am happy with my race – said the Mooney VR46 Racing Team centaur – also because it started with a contact at the start, I did not understand with whom (teammate Luca Marini, ed.), and I lost some time. Then Binder kept me a lot behind him, his braking was very long and it was difficult to overtake him: when I did I saw Pecco in front of me, but he was already too far away. It’s okay though.”
‘Bez’ then admitted that he had some difficulties with the bike in the final part of the race, which made him fear the worst: “The feeling with the bike was very good but in the last laps I had a little problem, I was a bit scared. Fortunately, I was able to finish the race.”
