Thanks to his first career success on grass, the Spanish tennis player leapfrogged Novak Djokovic back to the front of the pack in just the week before the start of the Wimbledon tournament, where he will again challenge the Serbian tennis player.

Daniil Medvedev on the podium, as for the Italians Jannik Sinner returns to eighth place behind Rublev, equaling the career high set two months ago, while it is also best ranking for Lorenzo Musetti, for the first time among the top 15 in the world. Matteo Berrettini is currently 37th, and in 40th place is Lorenzo Sonego.

For Sinner, however, the alarm sounds in the Atp Race key, crucial for qualification for the upcoming Atp Finals in Turin: after a great start to the season now the South Tyrolean tennis player has slipped to seventh place due to the last two complicated months. At Wimbledon it will be essential to restart in order to center a place for the last tournament of the year.
